Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Exceptional Ascent Company for Management Consultancy (“the Company” or “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to its website. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website https://exascent.com.

1. Information We Handle

• Service requests: When you submit a service or consultation request through the website forms, we store the details you enter (name, mobile number, organization, optional email, and the service and request details) on our secure management platform, accessible only to the company team responsible for follow-up. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is sent by you directly through the app.
• Job and membership applications: When you apply for a job, cooperative training or our network of freelance consultants, we store your application details and CV on the management platform with access restricted to the recruitment team. We keep them while your application is reviewed and afterwards for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them. A consultant's CV is included in our technical proposals to clients only with their explicit consent in the application form.
• Newsletter: When you subscribe, your request is prepared and sent by you through your own email program.
• Institutional assessment tool: Your answers and results are stored locally in your browser only (localStorage) so that you can resume the assessment later, and they are not sent to us unless you choose to share them yourself. You can delete them at any time using the “Retake Assessment” button or by clearing the site data from your browser.
• Display preferences: The website may store simple preferences in your browser, such as hiding the announcement bar or the article font size.

2. Cookies and Tracking

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing tracking tools. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated.

On your first visit, the website displays a cookie consent notice that lets you accept all cookies, accept only essential cookies, or customize your choices. Your choice is saved in a single cookie for one year and can be changed at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the site's pages.

3. Third-Party Services

The website relies on external services to display some content, including Google Fonts, images hosted on content delivery networks, and links to WhatsApp and social media platforms. When you use or navigate to these services, you are subject to their providers' own privacy policies.

4. Use of Information

We use the information we receive from you to respond to your inquiries, provide the requested consulting services, review job applications, and send the newsletter to those who have subscribed to it. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any party.

5. Data Protection and Your Rights

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, by contacting us at info@exascent.com.
